Dairy Best Victoria (DBV) is a purpose built food manufacturing facility constructed in January 2008 on 8,250m2 of land. The facility occupies 3,300 m2 of warehousing, production and corporate offices and has a production capacity around 12,000 MTS per annum.

DBV is conveniently located at the Wyndham Industrial Estate within 20 KM of Melbourne’s CBD, seaport and airports.

DBV is a manufacturer of dry blended dairy powders for the bakery, confectionery and nutritional industries, produced within a strictly sanitized and quality control environment. In two separate production rooms which have controlled humidity to ensure integrity of powders, two complete production lines operate. Independent dust extraction systems and positive air pressure further enhance the quality control regime.

All the equipment is food grade stainless with inline magnets, sifters and metal detection systems. A palletizing robot completes the set up.

DBV’s flexibility as a purpose built facility enables us to handle a number of different incoming packaging such as 25 Kg bags, bulk bags, cans, sachets and bins of up to 1,500 Kg. All finished product can be packaged into 10 to 25 Kg heat sealed bags or bulk bags up to 1,000 Kg.

Our own warehoused container loading facility complements our quality control monitoring.

DBV is an approved manufacturer of dairy products for the domestic and export markets, being accredited by Dairy Food Safety Victoria with HALAL, Kosher and HACCP certification. DBV has in house product development and technical support by our qualified Food Scientist and Quality Manager.

DBV has a food manufacturing license and is registered under establishment number 5291.
